Permanent Jewellery Fix (Free within 3 months)
This service is for Blush Studio clients needing a quick adjustment or support with their permanent jewellery. Book this if it has been less than 3 months since your original appointment and your chain requires attention due to a loose jump ring, tarnishing, or re-sizing. At your appointment, we’ll inspect the chain, adjust the size if needed, and re-weld or replace the jump ring as necessary. If we find the issue was caused by wear or damage, a re-weld fee will apply.
Permanent Jewellery Re-weld
This service is for clients who need their permanent jewellery re-welded due to removal, breakage, or stretching over time. Book this if it has been more than 3 months since your original appointment at Blush Studio or if your chain was purchased elsewhere. At your appointment, we’ll inspect the chain, adjust sizing if needed, and re-weld or replace the jump ring. If the chain is too damaged to fix, a new chain may need to be purchased.

Permanent jewellery is very dainty, therefore may snag, break, or fall off if not taken gently care of.
Blush is not responsible for broken or lost jewellery.
While we will always try our best to fix the jewellery, we cannot guarantee your piece stays on permanently.
Returns or refunds are not accepted.
